Here’s what to do if you want to exchange…

2. Send the product back within 10 business days of receiving it.

3. Ensure that the item is packed and sent in the same way it was sent to you.
4. All postage costs for returning the exchanged item are the customers responsibility to pay.
5. Once we’ve received it and noted the condition is the same as what it was sent, we’ll email you to let you know.
6. You can go shopping again online to choose something to the same or greater value and we’ll send this out to you as per a normal sale.
7. You must exchange your item within 1 month of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE if we receive the goods and they are not in the condition we sent them, we won’t be able to exchange them. So please look after your purchased product and take care in sending it back.
